This Maxicam Pole Squat's grasping pole stabilizes user allowing many varieties of squats. It allows users to do full squats without strain on upper back. The waist harness easily attaches to cable for quick entry and exit. It comes with two sizes of harness for men and women users. It is fabricated solely from rugged 2 x 2 and 2 x 3 inch, 120 structural rolled steel tubing. The seat height adjustment by a spring loaded pop pin. It comes in powder coating finish that is much more durable and resistant to unfavorable conditions - including weather, salt, humidity, and chipping. This technique also eliminates sags and drips while uniformly coating edges, corners, stamping and other projections.
